We are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturer, with a global presence, supplying products to household name businesses across the UK.

The position is based at their purpose built flagship operation at Sherburn in Elmet.
You will ideally have previous experience in a food related industry, a keen eye for detail and be computer literate.
Working within the Technical Department you will provide a sound and progressive support function on all Quality Assurance matters of the business.
Ideally you will have some experience of working in food with a desire to train/progress. Full training will be given.
The role would suit someone able to communicate with colleagues at all levels, happy to learn new skills, This is an entry level role but is expected to grow as you gain experience. Computer literacy would be an advantage.
Duties will include collection of production samples, a range of administrative work, printing labels, checking paperwork, sampling incoming goods etc.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity for the successful individual to receive additional training and gain new skills.
This is a full time permanent position and please note some flexibility on working hours may be required in line with business needs. The successful candidate will be office based but may need to work some early shifts(6am- 2pm or 7am to 3.30pm) in the production facility due to the nature of the work.
Expected days and hours of work (40 per week) are:
Office based shifts: 8.30-17.00
